    • Provide real-time 24/7/365 motion video exploitation in a shift work environment
    • Provide analyses of terrorism-associated targets utilizing a variety of platforms and not just FMV
    • Provide exploitation of multi-spectral, Hyper spectral, Infra-Red (IR), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and LiDAR imagery
    • Provide and create metadata to support structured observations in support of the ODNI's OBP initiatives
    • Provide analysts that are capable of simultaneously being able to view, exploit, record and touch type live FMV exploitation comments in support of operational FMV missions
    • Provide Storyboards, Vehicle Follows and 360-degree graphics
    • Provide hands-on full-motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence on a broad range of issues to support national security objectives and senior policy makers
    • Respond to tasking for imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery-which may include imagery from National Technical Means (NTM), air-breather, Full Motion Video (FMV), and civil/commercial sensors-to answer detailed information requirements dealing with mission-specific issues
    • Research the National Exploitation System (NES) or its follow-on and other multi- disciplined Intelligence Community databases to acquire amplifying or clarifying information in support of research and analysis
    • Produce standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products, such as motion imagery summary reports and tailored mission-specific products and complete database remarks as well as daily briefings as required
    • Collaborate effectively with other NGA NSG, ASG and Service imagery and geospatial analysts, as well as other intelligence analysts and engineers
    • Provide imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery to meet current NGA requirements. This may include imagery from NTM, manned and unmanned air-breather, Full Motion Video (FMV), and civil/commercial sensors to answer detailed information requirements dealing with terrorism issues
    • Generate standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products; such as NES or its follow-on remarks, motion imagery summery reports, GN's, and IRs. NGA GEOINT analysis products utilize a variety of software packages to include Multi-Media Analysis and Archive System (MAAS), IEC, RemoteView, ARCGIS, and Falconview. NGA will provide these mandatory formats
    • Deliver products including summary-type reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, and daily briefings
    • Archival and dissemination of products following NGA guidelines
    • Provide and create metadata to support structured observations in support the ODNI's OBP initiatives
    • Provide analysts that are capable of simultaneously being able to view, exploit, record and touch type live FMV exploitation comments in support of operational FMV missions.
    Experience - 3 years or greater (bachelor's degree in a field related to the support services may count for up to four years of this experience)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExperience in full software lifecycle development with Oracle or other databases, SQL, PL/SQL, technical specifications, and Unix/Linux experience.

    Title:
    Engineering Technician Location: Ft. Meade, MDCompensation: Competitive hourly pay plus benefits

    Work Requirements:
    ENGINEERING TECHNICAN shall have an Associate's degree in computer technology or 2 years of full time work in a High Performance computer field that can be substituted for the AA degree. The Engineering Technician must have experience with an understanding of the concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve highly complex problems in the maintenance and hardware/software network infrastructure. Experience performing system set-up, experiments and diagnostics to evaluate printed circuit board exchanges, and troubleshoot and make component repairs based on test results. Knowledge and experience of LINUX Operations Systems, Knowledge and experience in electronics component repair. Ability to communicate and work well in an effective team environment. Ability to lift ~50lbs.
    The candidate will be working 12 hour shifts 3 days a week and 4 days every other week from 7pm-7am. This is mission critical work so the candidates would be expected to show up for their shift even if the government is closed (such as during snow storms etc). The candidate will be working in teams of 3 people in a 24x7x365 environment and monitoring systems for failure (the monitoring system is a Linux OS so the candidate should be comfortable with BASIC linux commands). Once a failure is detected the candidate will identify the faulty circuit board and make repairs on the spot.

    Title: Field Service Technician Location: Fort Bragg, NC Job Description: TPGS is seeking candidates to support the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Under the I2TS 3 task order, INSCOM ensures reliable, uninterrupted availability of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) including: networks, hardware, software, engineering, and specialized tools at the point of customer need to support INSCOM's mission. INSCOM and its MSCs provide the enabling layer to connect the Army and its tactical formations to defense and national intelligence agencies via tactical networks. The ability to provide mission critical intelligence is dependent on the successful use of its information technology (IT) networks worldwide.


    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide Tier I and II support at remote field and garrison sites
    • Perform server and desktop installation, basic cabling
    • Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks
    • Provide desktop system management involving account monitoring, security, operating system (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions
    • Be capable of running an entire remote site by themselves with demanding customers in austere or garrison locations
    • Maintain and load cryptographic device and keys
    • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on many types of hardware and software
    • Provide advice and training to end users
    • Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
    • Set up administrator and service accounts and maintain system documentation

    Desirable Skills / Experience:
    • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network administration and support
    • Knowledge of related hardware and software

    Certification(s):
    • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
    • Required Security Environment Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent

    Additional:

    Title: Imagery Analyst Instructor  Location: Springfield, VA Job Description: Delivers in-resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course requirements. Uses instructional methods such as, guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories. Uses Instructional technology, including but not limited to Blackboard. Conducts assessment strategy in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, and grading.Provides formal and informal student feedback. Provides subject matter expertise throughout the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff. Relevant instructional experience includes, but is not limited to, experience developing and delivering technical training and educational courses in academic, commercial, government, or industrial organizations. Relevant subject matter expertise (SME) experience includes, but is not limited to, experience in technical field as described below. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Demonstrated knowledge of the national imagery exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles.
    • Proven experience with the most recent versions of various imagery electronic light tables (ELT's) such as: Remoteview, Socet GXP, QT Modeler and Omar.
    • Possess an understanding of multiple imagery software systems, e.g. Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC), Super Buffer Check (SBC), and Cedallion.
    • Working knowledge of a variety of imagery research databases including: NGA Softcopy Keys, National Production Workspace (NPW), Net-Centric Geospatial-Intelligence Discovery Services (NGDS) and various others.
    • Possess excellent writing and briefing skills as it relates to the communication of GEOINT.
    • Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of the principles and applications of geographic information systems, digital image processing systems, collections, and sensor phenomenology.
    • Documented experience in multiple military- or intelligence-related identification and analysis work areas. 
    • Provide systems and data checkout, classroom set up, material handling, and other administrative supportDemonstrate working knowledge of the principle of guided exercises.
    • Proven working knowledge of the principles of learning styles, student feedback, and immediacy behaviors affect student satisfaction.
    • Working knowledge of multiple communication strategies and student-center environment.
    • Proven working knowledge of agencies within the IC and the Department of Defense (DoD).
    • Proven working knowledge of Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED). 
    • Proven excellent writing and briefing skills including command of grammar and business communications style, i.e. the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) as well as knowledge in the development and implementation of course materials, and how to make those course materials ISD compliant.
    • Proven experience with MS Office and associated software tools, e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 

    DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in creating presentations, briefings, and geospatial products for demonstration purposes and Imagery Analyst knowledge
    • Experience with the testing, development of curriculum, creating presentation and briefings, and evaluation of new equipment/systems.
    • Experience with GIS Python Scripting

    • Experience with training in a military or Intelligence Community environment.

    Minimum Education and Experience:
    • 6 years work experience or equivalent experience related to the required skills section. 
    Minimum Teaching Experience:
    • 2 years' relevant experience as an on-podium trainer/instructor for class sizes up to 20 personnel
