    Title: Imagery Analyst Location: Springfield, VA Job Description: The candidate shall provide Imagery Analysis services as described below. Perform imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery, which may include reseraching appropriate databases for amplifying information and producing standard imagery analysis products. This effort will require regular collaboration with imagery and geospatial analysts and other intelligence officers. 
    Obtains hardcopy, softcopy, and commercial imagery-related products in response to customer needs. Utilizes available imagery, multi-INT, and other source customer data stores to exploit, identify, monitor, and analyze existing and emerging trends, dynamic events, and solve intelligence problems. Utilizes the full suite of imagery analysis tools and geospatial information systems. Using analytic and geospatial techniques, produces finished, imagery-derived, intelligence products, reports and assessments.

    Title: Field Service Technician Location: Fort Bragg, NC Job Description: TPGS is seeking candidates to support the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Under the I2TS 3 task order, INSCOM ensures reliable, uninterrupted availability of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) including: networks, hardware, software, engineering, and specialized tools at the point of customer need to support INSCOM's mission. INSCOM and its MSCs provide the enabling layer to connect the Army and its tactical formations to defense and national intelligence agencies via tactical networks. The ability to provide mission critical intelligence is dependent on the successful use of its information technology (IT) networks worldwide.


    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide Tier I and II support at remote field and garrison sites
    • Perform server and desktop installation, basic cabling
    • Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks
    • Provide desktop system management involving account monitoring, security, operating system (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions
    • Be capable of running an entire remote site by themselves with demanding customers in austere or garrison locations
    • Maintain and load cryptographic device and keys
    • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on many types of hardware and software
    • Provide advice and training to end users
    • Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
    • Set up administrator and service accounts and maintain system documentation

    Desirable Skills / Experience:
    • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network administration and support
    • Knowledge of related hardware and software

    Certification(s):
    • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract

Provides subject matter expertise throughout the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff.     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Demonstrated knowledge of the national imagery exploitation processes, policies, and production cycles.
    • Proven experience with the most recent versions of various imagery electronic light tables (ELT's) such as: Remoteview, Socet GXP, QT Modeler and Omar.
    • Possess an understanding of multiple imagery software systems, e.g. Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC), Super Buffer Check (SBC), and Cedallion.
    • Working knowledge of a variety of imagery research databases including: NGA Softcopy Keys, National Production Workspace (NPW), Net-Centric Geospatial-Intelligence Discovery Services (NGDS) and various others.
    • Possess excellent writing and briefing skills as it relates to the communication of GEOINT.
    • Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of the principles and applications of geographic information systems, digital image processing systems, collections, and sensor phenomenology.
    • Documented experience in multiple military- or intelligence-related identification and analysis work areas. 
    • Provide systems and data checkout, classroom set up, material handling, and other administrative supportDemonstrate working knowledge of the principle of guided exercises.
    • Proven working knowledge of the principles of learning styles, student feedback, and immediacy behaviors affect student satisfaction.
    • Working knowledge of multiple communication strategies and student-center environment.
    • Proven working knowledge of agencies within the IC and the Department of Defense (DoD).
    • Proven working knowledge of Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED).

    Basic Qualifications:· 14 + years of experience with IA technology
    · Minimum years of experience: 14 years of relevant work experience with high school diploma or GED; or 12 years of relevant work experience with Associates degree; or 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Art; or 8 years of relevant work experience with a Masters of Science or Masters of Arts; or 6 years of relevant work experience with a PhD degree.
